Refund policy

Market Grey Boutique accepts returns of eligible, regularly priced merchandise for exchange or store credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for an exchange or store credit:

• Merchandise must be mailed back within seven days of delivery.
• All original tags must remain attached.
• The original receipt must be included.
• Merchandise must be unworn, unused, and free from damage, odors, stains, or other signs of wear.

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Final-Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Clearance merchandise
• Jewelry
• Swimwear
• Undergarments

No exceptions will be made for final-sale items.
