Yes. Local pickup is available at our Reese boutique during regular business hours.
When can I pick up my order?
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready. Once confirmed, you may pick it up during regular business hours.
Shipping & Processing
How much does shipping cost?
We offer $9 flat-rate shipping. Orders totaling $75 or more qualify for free standard shipping.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed the same day. Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday will be processed on the next business day.
Does processing time include delivery time?
Processing time refers to the time needed to prepare your order for shipment. Delivery time begins after the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier and may vary.
Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Eligible, regularly priced merchandise may be returned for an exchange or store credit only. Refunds to the original payment method are not available. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
How long do I have to return an item?
Eligible merchandise must be mailed back within seven days of receiving your order.
What condition must returned merchandise be in?
All original tags must remain attached, and the receipt must be included. Merchandise must be unworn, unused and free from damage, odors, stains or other signs of wear.
Which items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Swimwear
- Undergarments
No exceptions will be made for final-sale merchandise.
